My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The service was absolutely brilliant from reception to bar staff to cleaners, although there were some delays in topping up breakfast supplies. The location was excellent for my needs, especially being close to the race track, but there is room for improvement. The dining experience was good overall, with a nice variety of food, but some items were not served as hot as I would have preferred.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The room was part of a suite and very large, a beautiful room, but sadly, it wasn't clean. The hotel service was top-notch; the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The location was fantastic for attending Brands Hatch Circuit, but the breakfast was poor. The dining experience was good with plenty to eat but unfortunately, the food was luke-warm. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely go back.
